Welcome to CBT 24-7 Ltd. We are a growing company offering a highly
accessible and friendly therapy service to people of Staffordshire, Derbyshire and surrounding counties. Niki is
the Director and Consultant Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, accredited as a CBT Practitioner, Supervisor and Trainer by the
British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). She has over 18 years professional experience
and along with her colleagues, offers evidence-based, confidential treatment for young people and adults struggling with trauma,
depression, anxiety, panic, stress, low confidence or low self-esteem who want to feel better about themselves and want to
actively participate in their own recovery. CBT 24-7 Ltd has therapy rooms in Burton-on-Trent and Derby, both of which are easily accessible. Home
visits are also offered if your problem means you are unable to, or really struggle to leave your home. CBT is delivered
most effectively face-to-face however Niki and her Associates also have experience of working with people on-line via e-therapy
or by telephone.
