I am a qualified Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, accredited by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies
(BABCP) and a member of the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP). I have over 16 years professional experience
and offer evidence-based, confidential treatment for adults struggling with depression, anxiety, panic, stress, low confidence
or low self-esteem who want to feel better about themselves and want to actively participate in their own recovery.
I have therapy rooms in Burton-on-Trent and Derby, both of which are easily accessible. I also offer home visits if your
problem means you are unable to, or really struggle to leave your home. CBT is delivered most effectively face-to-face however
I also have experience of working with people on-line via e-therapy or by telephone.
